JBM can receive files through electronic submission, CD (data) or DVD (data).  Collect all placed images, fonts, PDF’s and native files in a compressed file format, preferably .zip or .sit.  Name the compressed file with your Purchase Order Number to help ease file management and avoid file corruption.

Please note:  white copies or film negatives can be scanned only if an electronic version is not available.  For questionable art, we will suggest methods to clean or re-create files, helping ensure the best possible quality from the start.  We will contact you should we encounter any quality issues.
